The fastest way to start is to call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Our hours are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. You will hear from the person who would actually build your plan, not a sales team.
What happens next
Send a short note
Your business name, city and what you need.
Get a reply
Ali or a senior strategist answers, usually the next business day.
Plan the next step
If it fits, you get a clear proposal. If not, honest advice.
Three ways to reach us
- Call (604) 632-4959. Best when you want to talk through the situation and hear our first reactions.
- Text (604) 632-4959. Good for a quick question or to arrange a time to talk. A short note with your company name and product type is enough.
- Email Ali@Sedighi.ca. Best when you want to send a catalogue, sales figures or a draft plan. Attachments are welcome.
All three reach the same person. There is no form, no portal and no booking system.
What to include in your message
A vague note gets a vague answer, so give us detail. A good first message covers:
- Who you are. Company name, head-office country and your role.
- What you sell. Boiler families (for example residential combi, wall-hung condensing, commercial modular), fuels and size ranges.
- Where it sells today. Countries and, if any, Canadian provinces, with rough volumes if you can share them.
- Your channel. Current distributors, rep agencies or direct accounts in Canada.
- Your goal. Which provinces, which year, and what success looks like to your leadership.
- Known gaps. French materials, documentation status, dealer kit, website.
A template you can copy:
Company: [Company name] Based in: [Country] Products: [Boiler families and fuels] Selling today in: [Countries / provinces] Canadian partners: [Distributor or rep names, or none yet] Target: [Provinces and timeline] Biggest question: [One sentence]
What happens next
- We reply. Usually within one business day, with first questions or a time to talk.
- We talk it through. A first conversation, at no cost, to understand your range, your partners and your goals. We will tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
- You get a written proposal. For strategy work, a scope, timeline and price in writing. For ongoing marketing, the relevant published plan with the specific deliverables for your line.
Nothing starts until you have agreed to the written proposal.
Before you contact us
It helps to know what we do not cover. We do not give certification, engineering, legal or code-compliance advice, and we are not a heating contractor or a distributor. If your question is about whether a product can be sold in a province, start with your certification body and the provincial authority; our regulatory mapping service helps you organise those questions, and the areas pages link each authority.
If you want to understand our approach first, the services overview and the FAQ are good starting points.
What we will ask you on the first call
So you can prepare, these are the questions we usually ask in a first conversation:
- Which boiler families matter most to your Canadian plan, and why?
- What does your current distributor or rep agency do well, and where does it fall short?
- What documentation, French materials and dealer support already exist?
- Who inside your company decides on the launch order, and what will they need to see?
- What would make the first year a success, in numbers your leadership already uses?
If you do not have every answer yet, that is normal. Part of our job is to help you find them.
Privacy and follow-up
Your phone number and email are used for one thing: answering you about your boiler line. We only email people who contact us first, and you can ask us to stop at any time. Anything you share about your products, partners or sales stays between us and is used only to prepare your plan.
Frequently asked questions
What should the first message include?
Your company name, the boiler families you sell, where they are sold today, any Canadian partners you already have, and the provinces or timeline you have in mind. A link to your product catalogue helps.
Is a first conversation free?
Yes. The first conversation costs nothing, and the 7-day free trial (audit, website check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking) needs no credit card.
Can we sign a non-disclosure agreement before sharing plans?
Send your NDA with the first email and we will review it. Your own lawyer should confirm the terms that matter to you.
Do you meet in person or attend trade shows with clients?
Consultations are available in person or by video call, as well as by phone, text and email, and the process stays the same for every client wherever they are based.
