Pricing at BoilerConsultants.ca works in two layers. Ongoing marketing, whether for your brand's Canadian presence or for a dealer program, uses the published plans of our parent brand, HVAC.Agency. Strategy-only work, such as a launch sequence, a channel design, a regulatory map or a Quebec inventory, is scoped to your range and quoted in writing. All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus GST or HST at the client's provincial rate.

Monthly marketing plans
These are HVAC.Agency's published plans. Full details are on the HVAC.Agency pricing page.
| Plan | Price | What it includes |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $2,998/month | A website with SEO service pages, local SEO and a managed Google Business Profile, entry-level Google and Meta ad set-up, hosting, maintenance and a monthly report. |
| Growth | $4,498/month | The Starter scope, plus deeper SEO and content work, paid ads across several channels with retargeting, CRM integration, review generation and a weekly report. |
| Elite | $8,998/month | The Growth scope, plus video, PR outreach, a dedicated account manager, a live dashboard, a strategy call every month and reporting built to your format. |
For a boiler brand, Starter usually fits a single-province launch with a modest dealer locator. Growth suits a multi-province brand running dealer content and paid campaigns. Elite suits national programs with many dealers, video and custom reporting by region.
Website builds
If your Canadian site or dealer locator needs to be built or rebuilt, these one-time packages apply:
- Essential, $3,500 one-time: a custom site of 5–7 pages, delivered in 2–3 weeks, then $149 a month to host and maintain it.
- Professional, $6,500 one-time: 10–15 pages built for conversion in 3–4 weeks, then $249 a month covering hosting, maintenance and conversion-rate work.
- Enterprise, $12,500 one-time: no cap on pages or locations, delivered in 4–6 weeks, then $449 a month for full management. This is the usual fit for a dealer locator with a page per region.
Strategy engagements: quoted in writing
Launch sequencing, channel strategy, regulatory mapping and Quebec French readiness are not on a public price list. Their cost depends on scope, so we quote each one in writing after a first conversation. You will see the deliverables, the timeline and the price before anything starts.
What drives the cost
- Number of provinces and territories. A two-province first wave is a much smaller job than a thirteen-jurisdiction map.
- Product families. Residential and commercial boilers often need separate channel and dealer plans.
- Language work. Quebec readiness adds French production, which scales with the number of documents and pages.
- Dealer network size. A locator for a few dozen installers differs from one for several hundred.
- Who runs the work. If your team or distributor executes and we plan, ongoing cost is lower than full-service marketing.
A worked example
Imagine a brand opening two provinces with a residential range. A launch sequence and channel review would be quoted in writing. Ongoing dealer marketing on the Growth plan costs $4,498 per month, or $4,722.90 with 5% GST, as for a client in BC or Alberta. If the brand also needed an Enterprise locator site, that adds $12,500 once plus $449 per month. Over a first year, the marketing side would come to $53,976 for twelve months of Growth plus the locator costs, before tax. Those are the published figures; the strategy fee comes on top and is set in your proposal.
What is not included
The published plans cover marketing work. They do not include product certification, translation of technical manuals, legal review of claims or contracts, or distributor fees. Where your plan needs those, we name them so you can budget for them separately.
How to choose
- Use the 7-day free trial first. No credit card is needed, and it covers an audit, a site performance check, SEO analysis and a competitor benchmark aimed at your Canadian presence.
- Decide whether you need strategy first, marketing first, or both.
- Ask for a written proposal. The FAQ answers the common contract questions, and the contact page explains what to send. Call, text or email when you are ready.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a launch sequence or channel strategy cost?
Strategy-only engagements are quoted in writing after a first conversation, because the price depends on how many provinces, product families and partners are involved. You see the scope, deliverables and price before agreeing to anything.
Do prices include GST or HST?
No. All prices are in Canadian dollars, and Canadian clients add GST/HST based on their province. Clients outside Canada should confirm the tax treatment with their own accountant.
What does the 7-day free trial include?
Seven days, no card: we audit your digital marketing, check website performance, run an SEO analysis and benchmark you against competitors. For a brand, we point it at your Canadian web presence and dealer locator.
Are we locked into a long contract?
The published plans carry no lock-in. Specific terms for any engagement, including notice periods, are set out in your written proposal.
Can our distributor share the cost of dealer marketing?
That is a commercial decision between you and your distributor. We can structure the program so costs and results are reported by region or partner, which makes a shared budget easier to agree.
