Five services cover the commercial route a boiler takes from your warehouse to a Canadian installer. They are designed to stack: the launch sequence decides where you go, the channel strategy decides who carries the product, the regulatory map and Quebec readiness decide what must be finished before a province opens, and dealer marketing decides whether contractors keep choosing your line once it arrives.
None of them involve installing, servicing, certifying or inspecting equipment. BoilerConsultants.ca is a marketing and business consulting service, and every output is a plan, a program or marketing work, never technical advice.
-
Canadian launch sequencing
Decide which provinces, product families and buyer groups come first, and what has to be true before each one opens.
-
Distributor and contractor-network strategy
Choose between wholesale, rep agencies and direct-to-contractor programs, and design the network that will actually sell your boilers.
-
Province-by-province regulatory mapping
A plain map of which authority oversees what in each province, so your launch calendar and your marketing claims account for it.
-
Quebec French-language readiness
Plan the French versions of your product documents, website and dealer materials before Quebec goes on the launch list.
-
Dealer and installer marketing support
Give the contractors who install your boilers the locator listing, co-branded pages, leads and content that keep them choosing your line.
Launch sequencing
Launch sequencing answers the question every board asks first: where do we start, and in what order do we expand? We compare provinces on channel coverage, heating-fuel mix, rebate activity, paperwork and language work, then rank them with clear gates for each.
Choose this first if you have not yet decided which provinces to open, or if an earlier launch spread too thin. The output is a written sequence with dates, owners and the conditions that must be met before each province goes live. Details are on the launch sequencing page.
Distributor and contractor-network strategy
Channel strategy decides who actually puts your boiler in front of the installer. The options are familiar (stocking wholesalers, manufacturer's rep agencies, a direct-to-contractor program, or a combination), but the right mix depends on your service model, warranty process, margin structure and how much training the product needs.
Choose this when you are signing a first Canadian partner, replacing one, or wondering why coverage stops at a provincial border. See channel strategy for the evaluation steps and the questions we ask distributors.
Province-by-province regulatory mapping
Regulatory mapping is a plain-language index, not an opinion. For each province and territory we identify the authority that oversees boilers and pressure equipment, link its official pages, note where federal energy-efficiency rules apply, and mark the steps your own advisors need to confirm.
Choose this when your launch calendar keeps slipping because nobody owns the list, or when marketing claims need to wait for documents. The regulatory mapping page explains what it includes and what it deliberately leaves out.
Quebec French-language readiness
Quebec deserves its own service because it changes the scope of every asset. Product inscriptions, manuals, warranty certificates, catalogues and business websites all fall within the French-language obligations the OQLF describes, and dealer materials need a French-first plan rather than a late translation.
Choose this when Quebec is on your launch list, or when Quebec dealers report that your materials are hard to use. See Quebec French readiness for the inventory method and the sources we work from.
Dealer and installer marketing support
Dealer marketing support is what keeps a contractor loyal after the first order. It covers your dealer locator, co-branded landing pages, lead routing, local search help, review programs and the content installers can reuse with their customers.
Choose this when you already have dealers but sell-through is uneven, or when a launch is close and the contractor kit is still a PDF. The dealer marketing page shows how we build and measure it.
How to choose if budget allows only one

|---|---|

Strategy-only engagements are scoped and quoted in writing. Ongoing marketing for a brand or its dealers runs on the published plans on our pricing page. If you are unsure which row describes you, the FAQ covers the common cases, or call, text or email with a short description of your line.
Frequently asked questions
Which service should a brand new to Canada start with?
Launch sequencing, in almost every case. It decides which provinces and product families come first, and every other service depends on that answer. Starting with dealer marketing before the province order is set tends to waste budget in regions you cannot yet supply.
Can we buy one service on its own?
Yes. Each service has a defined output, so a brand that already has a launch plan can bring us in for channel strategy or Quebec readiness alone. We will tell you if a missing earlier step is likely to undermine the one you chose.
Do any of these services include compliance work?
No. Regulatory mapping tells you which authority oversees what and links the official pages, so your calendar and your marketing account for it. The compliance work itself belongs with your certification body, the provincial authority and your qualified advisors.
Do you run marketing for our dealers directly?
We can, through our monthly marketing plans, or we can design the program and let your team or your distributor run it. The dealer marketing page explains both options.
